Vitality is a fully equipped Pilates and Yoga Studio. We believe that movement should be fun and invigorating, as well as a path to wellness, strength, and happiness. We offer Pilates private and duet sessions, Pilates equipment classes (Reformer and Chair), and Pilates and Yoga mat classes. Our instructors support teaching movement as a method to enrich and grow every aspect of life. Our private sessions focus on your individual goals and our classes support learning in a group environment. We believe Joseph Pilates' mission in creating a "health studio" for a "return to life" and we incorporate his philosophy to strengthen mind and body connections. Our instructors have taught in many locations around the world and continue to integrate more movement in their own practice as well as instruction.
