If you know anything about fitness research you will run not walk to Urban Athlete - hands down the best training ever - utilizing HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to condition your body for optimal long-term health!! Plus everyone "knows your name" here - no drama, no complainers, and no bad karma!!!
