Studio 27.28 opened its doors in 2008 in the Art Museum Area. With the move to Fishtown in July of 2009, Studio 27.28 has quickly morphed into The Slingluff Gallery. Featuring local, national, and international artists every first Saturday, they are dedicated to giving artists of all mediums an opportunity to show on the other side of the country or ocean or for their first time. Jonathan Slingluff is a very cordial and inviting host, from the moment one steps into his gallery to the exit they are not pushy and eager to help with no pressure sales tactics. Great job.

This gallery is always showing fresh faces in art...not the norm! The owners work hard to curate shows that are off the beaten track--which is much appreciated by all who come to their openings again, and again, and again!
