The Bodyworx not only trained me and got me mentally and physically prepared for the Montco Police Academy, these trainers have also recently got back into the best shape of my life. I am stronger and more toned now than I have been in at least 10 years! WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL! They know their stuff and I will never go to anyone else!
