Head over to Tangier at 1801 Lombard, a hole-in-the-wall kind of place, where the meals are simple, the service is gruff (in that welcome-to-the-neighborhood kind of way), and both the belly and the wallet stay full.
I'll never tire of the house burger, and the burger of the month is usually spot on for something a little different than what everyone else is offering.

I used to work at Graduate Hospital, we would go there all the time for lunch, and after work for drinks. They have the best wings, and blue cheese in the CITY!!!
