Stroller Strides is a class where fitness is fun for both mom and baby. Currently we hold classes in Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties.
Our classes have been featured in the Gloucester County Times, Burlington County Times, and the Philadelphia Inquirier South Jersey Section.
Whether you are pregnant, newly post partum, or a veteran fitness buff, Stroller Strides classes are for you! Exercises are modified for your particular fitness level and there are 2 levels of exercise tubing resistance. Classes will include power walking with different exercise intervals....depending on your fitness level.
