Shanti Yoga Shala is a Yoga community that was created to offer a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for students to embark on and sustain a Yoga journey. We offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga classes with an emphasis on traditional teaching styles. We treat our classes as sacred space, providing the proper environment for education in asana alignment, yoga philosophy, chanting, pranayama, and meditation. We offer beginner and all levels vinyasa classses, Mysore practice, prenatal, mommy and me and kids yoga classes as well as workshops and teacher training.
