A small salon in Delaware County, run by local of Delco. It is a quaint place, kind of like Cheers where everyone knows one another. Specializing in Paul Mitchell Color, the stylists are dedicated to bringing up to date styles to their clients. The salon has participated in many events from Maryland Fashion Week & New York Full Figure Fashion Week to True Sheroes Calendars. But just because these stylists have done national work it does not mean that they are not affordable. Scooter's Salon is a great place to bring the whole family. Whether a business cut for dad, a summer mohawk for the boys, a princess birthday party for your little girl and all her friends, or a day away at the salon for mom, each stylist treats the customer as if they were the only person in the salon.
