SANKHYA YOGA SCHOOL & WELLNESS CENTER uses the small size of our studio to connect the practitioner with the ancient roots of yoga. Yoga was traditionally passed down from one teacher to one student, not in a group setting. With a smaller class the practitioner benefits from more personal attention. Our yoga classes welcome individuals at all levels of their practice, and are created with a spirit of enthusiasm and fun. At the SANKHYA YOGA SCHOOL & WELLNESS CENTER we teach the practice of yoga in a traditional manner, rooted in its ancient philosophies and goals. The inherited wisdom of yoga is taught with patience and sincerity. Our yoga classes are lead by instructors who teach with both patience and encouragement, providing a space for students' own individual growth.
