After 4 years, we're still offering the best in pole dance lessons, for real women, by real women. Jamie, a highly trained former professional Jazz and partner dancer, has taught many of the pole instructors in the city, and 3 have gone on to open their own studios. So learn from the original! All classes cater to beginners. No weird time slots.
We also offer private parties. Outside of classes, we're always doing something fun. Pole pic scavenger hunts, field trips, and our 2 semi annual shows! We've even made it official and offer
Poise Girls Club memberships for discounts and perks!
Pole classes are Mon. thru Thurs. from 6-7:30pm and 8-9:30pm, and Tues. Thurs. and Sat. from noon-1:30pm. Cardio is Fri. from 7-8pm.
$20 for any single class
$60 for an unlimited month of classes
$50-$30 per month for long term commitments
$250 for private parties for 2 hours for up to 12 people
$100 private lessons for an hour for 1-5 girls.
$50 Deposit required for all bookings.
