Studio has great energy. One teacher better than the next. Friday night at 6:00 for $6:00! Fun. Great way to start the weekend. Every saturday morning class is great!

They offer so much more than yoga, and the yoga is fantastic. Try Tuesday evenings at the Audubon Bird Sanctuary where you can do yoga outdoors and be surrounded by nature. it's wonderful.
