Love these folks! They've introduced me to so many new sports likee triathlons, cycling and mud runs! My teen daughter has gained tremendous body confidence through their teen after school program.

I have had the most amazing year working out at Marino's body shop. Having always been a runner, these kind of workouts strengthened and balanced my muscles for the best shape ever. Chris and Racheal and now just are a fantastic team. Thanks!

Marino's is a place that keeps you motivated to live and maintain a healthier lifestyle, not just to do a boot camp short term to lose weight. Not to mention the workouts were always different and interesting which kept me from getting bored and allowed me to stay motivated to stick with it.
