The Lithe Methodâ„¢ is a corrective and transformative technique of stretching and strengthening the entire body from nose to toe. The Method combines the best of Pilates core work, cheerleading-esque weight training, ballet, deep stretching and orthopedic cellular exercises into one dynamic workout, which is set to music and takes place on floor mats, ballet barres and mini-tramolines.

Not strictly Pilates, but even better! It also has locations in Center City, Olde City, and Haverford, so there's no excuse not to try it. The classes are all different and have cute names (Tight End, Waspie, Split, etc.) Definitely worth trying!
