The sushi at La Fusion Cafe is superb. There a great variety of sushi. The chef is very nice and can those who sit at the sushi bar company. You can also see how he makes the sushi and how he keeps his work station very clean (which is a huge plus for me). The sushi was really fresh and the quality of the seafood used was top notch.
