A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York, David apprenticed with Chef Fritz Blanc at the renowned Deux Cheminees Restaurant in Center City, Philadelphia and served as Grade Manager at the Spring Mill Cafe and Sous Chef de Party at the William Penn Inn prior to starting his own catering business.
