Awful. They're very fussy about who they accept as their customers. Clothes were regularly returned smelling very heavily of the operators perfume. Don't follow instructions well at all. Extremely egotistical attitude and duplicitous. Even modest alterations' prices will give you heartburn. Very expensive! Don't recommend at all.
