This is the most amazing Boot Camp around! I was very intimidated to join but, once there, Kasey had such an amazing way to make all of us feel confident and motivated. It pushed me to do things I didn't think I could do and gave me knowledge on how to have a great workout on my own street and house. All around, an amazing experience which has changed my lifestyle forever :)
