" I remember crying on Rob's shoulder because we had 18 inches of snow outside and thinking no one would show up for our wedding, he leaned over gave me a hug and said "Joy, you are getting married today, You & Steve will be there and that is all that matters" :) THAT literally got me through that morning! For a vendor to take the time to care enough to do that, melted me beyond belief! Best VIDEOGRAPHER ever!
