Galer Estate Vineyard and Winery is our go-to spot for summer spirits and hanging out with friends. Usually we follow up with a trip to La Michoacana for ice cream or home-made popsicles. This weekend, we had some blush wine leftover from our Galer Estate visit. I added it to the lentil soup we were making and it was honestly the most amazing lentil soup I've ever created! The joy of cooking chemistry and quality ingredients!
