There is no question The Fitzwater Cafe has the best brunch. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accomodating, not pretentious in the least and never treats you like they do not need you to be there because of the hour wait like some other place down the street. They make everything to order so any requests you have are almost always able to be accomodated.
