The Zep-an exclusive Norristown delicacy-is a variation of the hoagie. It consists of provolone cheese, cooked salami, tomatoes, onions, oil and oregano. Unlike, the hoagie it has no lettuce and only one type of meat. While other restaurants in the area sell zeps none have captured the essence like Eve's Lunch. The key to the perfect sandwich Eve said was fresh bread delivered daily and onions sliced fresh right onto the sandwich instead of being pre-sliced.
