Author of dog related books including "Because A Good Dog is Good To Have", Joe White offers several dog training services including his weekly popular no-cost Behavioral Seminars and Group Obedience Classes. Once free only to the adopted dogs from local rescues like The Morris Animal Shelter, Pacca and the SPCA, the course is now available without cost for one and all and has been a first stop for thousands of Philadelphia new dog owners.
