A physical workout, the yoga practiced at Dana Hot Yoga is very athletic, so be prepared to sweat! It is challenging, but the important idea to remember is that each person can adapt the poses to suit their own body, level, and skill. The room is heated to approximately 95 degrees, creating a perfect blend of sweat and serenity. At Dana Hot Yoga, we train the whole person. It embodies flexibility, strength, cardio, stamina, and mind power all in one session. Classes typically run 90 minutes, with a few 60 minute exceptions.

I love Dana Hot Yoga!!! I don't even live in Philly but every time I visit my family I am sure to squeeze in a few classes...I miss it when I am away.

Such a fun place to practice HOT yoga. - a great detox day or night. Lisa is a great instructor - the studio has been offering great workshops with seasoned instructors lately- really intense practices where you can learn so so much. I love it here.
