Being from the west coast, my quest for "decent" Thai food in Philly was unsuccessful until I found Circles. And it is definitely up to west coast standards. Delicious. I eat there at least once a week. Even my picky eater of a boyfriend loves this place. Great for takeout or as a sit down BYOB.
