This 15 year old charming French Parisian Bistro is now owned and operated by Executive Chef Olivier De Saint Martin. Its sidewalk café leads inside to a beautiful bar with marble bistro tables and hard wood floors.
I haven't been there is many years , but when I did go , I had the most divine mushroom soup with tarragon oil! Delicious!
