No other jeweler or store compares to Bucci's! Joe is amazing to work with -- he is a skilled craftsman and artist that only works with the finest jewels and metals. Not only is Joe able to design whatever you desire, he also is conscious of your budget and listens to what will work best for you. The customer service at the store is top notch and Joe will design a piece for you from scratch or work with/build upon your existing pieces in order to offer you something that is unique to you. He will even build a piece for you and, if you aren't 100% in love with it, he'll redo it for you! My fiance' and I actually had our engagement ring made at another store (before we knew about Joe!). That particular ring was a disaster -- the store did not follow through with us after we ordered and did not care for the gold properly when re-sizing the ring. We turned to Joe for help and he was able to help us restore the ring free of charge. We were so appreciative that we returned to the store again to look at our options and decided to have Joe add some stones and create a unique mount for my existing engagement ring. Joe is now creating a whole new engagement ring with matching wedding band for me! I could not be happier! I love Joe Bucci!
