Bredenbeck's Bakery and Ice Cream Parlor is a full line sweet bakery that has been in the Philadelphia area since 1889. The ice cream parlor serves hand-dipped cones, sundaes and milkshakes featuring Philadelphia made Bassett's, Mazzoli (made in Hershey, PA) JAS (locally made) ice cream and sorbet. For more than a century now, Bredenbeck's Bakery has been dedicated to the craft of baking. Throughout that time, our name has become synonymous with quality and service. Being a family owned and operated business, we are committed to producing consistently superior products, and to satisfying the needs of our customers.

I 've been buying my children's birthday cakes here since they were toddlers and now they even come here for cakes and don't live in Philadelphia!

If you have never been to this bakery PLEASE go!! If you have children, take them. The staff is friendly and my son loves to sample what's new.
