I moved to the area from the West coast a year ago and tried several hair salons, but couldn't find a stylist who 'got' my hair and who really listened to me. My sister has been a fan of Balance for a while and suggested I give them a try. Heidi at Balance is fabulous - she gave me a style and color that I absolutely love. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend Heidi and any of the other Balance stylists.
they are a very friendly group of people. More important the place is very clean. Plus the coffee is really good.

Going to Balance Hair Spa's new salon in Exton, PA is an experience everyone owes themselves. If the salon and its atmosphere isn't something that lifts all the stress off your shoulders, then the staff most certainly will. I had been going to Thomas for 6 years until January, 2010, when I took by best girlfriend to have her hair cut, colored and styled. She had never had the experience of a salon before and at the age of 41 I wanted more than anything to give her the best and for me that is Thomas Crisp. She was awed by this man and we were all awed by what he did for her. A few months prior, Thomas had hired an assistant, Richard, and I knew that if Thomas really liked him and felt he was very good that I could trust him with my hair. That day while my girlfriend experienced the magic of Thomas, I experienced the magic of Richard and still do to this day. Everyone deserves to be put in these two gentlemen's more than capable hands and watch the artists at work! Enjoy - you'll never be the same again!!

I love this salon! Thomas brightened my blond and made it look so natural. I really trust his coloring skills. He also gave me a great cut with lots of body and snap. Definitely check out Balance Hair Spa if you want the best color expertise in the area (and fabulous cuts too)!
