Antoine followed his dream, training in Paris at Ritz Escoffier and later traveling to Philadelphia where he worked alongside Georges Perrier for over 8 years. Today, Antoine creates his own line of extraordinary chocolates in an exclusive artisan Chocolate Factory outside Philadelphia.
