Great food and extra-great service!
love, love their menu...nice changes...the wait staff is the best...love the vibe the cafe has...
i like how they make you feel at home....i can not say enough about the hinge!!!!! oh did i tell you they have the Best waitress...kate was voted best waitress in all of port richmond!!!!
The food is fresh, good to perfection, flavors are tantalizing and the presentation is eye appealing. Elegant dining in a casual atmosphere. The homemade desserts are out of this world. Have never been disappointed with a meal from the Hinge.
The food=amazingly well prepared! The service=like restaurants ought to be; unpretentious and friendly. The atmosphere=relaxing and hip. I want to eat here every week!

The only Bad thing about Hinge is that they dont serve dinner on monday's or tuesday's!! Everything I have ever ate at the Hinge was SCRUMPTIOUS, I LOVE their food, the mention of Hinge makes my mouth water, and there is only 1 other place that does that (Bruno Bros Cheese) I wish that I could eat at HINGE everyday, and the Oatmeal Cake, OMG!! I love the Oatmeal cake, I could LIVE off of their Oatmeal Cake, it is so friggin Good,

I like this place a lot , I only eat where they make me feel welcome ! I have food allergies that would drive anyone crazy ...they seem to actually like to see me ;) & I love that ! go SOY CHAI ! YUM !

Best Restaurant in Port Richmond
Had several family functions in the private room ajacent to the restaurant and my wife and I had been there several times for dinner and breakfast the only thing that was better than the food was the service. I put this restaurant at the top of my list
My husband and I love The Hinge!. We had our wedding dinner there and everything was perfect! Food is great, service is personable, and the art and music are much needed in our neighborhood.
The Hinge always makes you feel like family and the food is excellent!
Had two family parties with 15 people and we were very pleased with the service and the food was excellent.
I wanted to try everything on the menu.
Also had breakfast and again it was super.
Can't wait to go again.
The Hinge is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The owners are two wonderful women. They are very accommodating if have a large party.

HINGE CAFE IS ONE OF THE COZIEST PLACES TO GO AND ENJOY A CUP OF COFFEE, A CASUAL BUT FANCY AND DELICIOUS LUNCH OR DINNER, LISTEN TO MUSIC, YOU CAN ENJOY SPECIAL HOLIDAYS THERE. ALSO, YOU MAY INDULGE IN TAKING COOKING CLASSES AND MANY OTHER FUN THINGS.
Excellent food every time I've gone. Lovely intimate atmosphere upstairs. Recommend it all the time. Initially went to see Elinore Speeks perform, also excellent by the way, but also was totally impressed by the whole experience there.

Excellent food and unique atmosphere
Everything they do, they do with tender loving care and they do a lot! They serve Breakfast and lunch, a full dinner and have an afterschool arts program upstairs as well as a live music venue! They are a shining star in Port Richmond and partly why i moved there...Cheers to Hinge!
