Eclectic and funky, comfortable and familiar, 1 Shot features Melissa's own exceptional Columbian-based house blend of coffee, perfected during her years as a barista in New England, Texas and New York City. 1 Shot also supports the remarkable bakers of Northern Liberties, with bagels, muffins and more created fresh in the neighborhood every morning. Sandwiches, wraps and more are available from breakfast and lunch through the late-evening close. “People are encouraged to hang”, says Melissa, who provides the latest publications, free Wi-Fi and live music on the weekends. “1 Shot is how I'd like my own house to be. It's just my way of opening my living room to the neighborhood.”
